Terms of Service

Welcome to Mystery (the "Application"), developed by Mystery-dev831 ("Service Provider", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. Nature of the service
The Application uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate esoteric and spiritual content, such as tarot and Gypsy card readings, dream interpretations, crystal guidance and learning content. You acknowledge and agree that:
- It is for reflection and entertainment. All readings, insights and predictions are provided for self-reflection and entertainment purposes.
- It is not professional advice. The Application does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship advice. Never make important decisions based solely on its content; consult a qualified professional for serious matters.
- AI can be wrong. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any result.
2. Account and age requirement
Most features require signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account. The Application is not intended for children under 13. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Coins, Premium and purchases
Readings are paid for with virtual coins ("Coins"). You receive Coins as a welcome bonus, through the loyalty bonus, by watching optional rewarded ads, as Academy rewards and by purchasing them.
- Purchases: on Android, Coin packs and the Premium subscription are sold through Google Play Billing. If a web version offers purchases, they are processed by Stripe.
- Premium subscription: Premium is a 30-day subscription. It renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do at any time in Google Play. When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. The current Premium benefits are shown in the Application's shop.
- No real-world value: Coins are a limited, personal licence to use features within the Application. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or goods, and cannot be transferred to another account.
- Refunds: digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, and you consent to this immediate delivery. Once purchased Coins have been used, or Premium features have been accessed, the purchase is final, except where applicable law or the Google Play refund policy says otherwise. If you made a purchase by mistake and the purchased Coins or Premium remain completely unused, you can request a refund within 14 days by contacting us. On refund, the unused Coins or Premium access are removed.
- Usage limits: some features have fair-use limits, such as the number of follow-up questions per reading or per day, Master's trials per day, new Academy cards per day and rewarded ads per day. The current limits are shown in the Application.
4. One-time bonuses
The welcome bonus, the free first reading and Academy badge rewards are given once per person (per email address), even if an account is deleted and created again. We may withhold or remove bonuses, Coins or rewards obtained through abuse, such as multiple accounts or automated activity.
5. Mystic Academy and the leaderboard
In the Mystic Academy you earn experience points (XP), ranks and badges. These have no monetary value. Other users see you on the weekly leaderboard under a generated nickname. Weekly rewards go to the top 3 players, following the rules shown in the Application. You agree to play fairly. We may adjust the results, remove you from the leaderboard or withhold rewards in the case of cheating, automation or other abuse.
6. User conduct
You agree not to use the Application to:
- create or share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive or highly offensive content;
- attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the Application, its AI models or its servers;
- use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes, or use it as a general-purpose AI tool outside its intended features.
7. Your input and sensitive information
Some features ask you to write text, such as questions, dream descriptions, feelings or Academy answers. Please do not include sensitive personal information such as full names, addresses, identification numbers or financial details. We process your text securely to provide the feature, as described in the Privacy Policy, but we are not responsible for sensitive information you choose to include.
8. Intellectual property
All original content of the Application belongs to the Service Provider, including the illustrated card decks, texts, lessons, design and graphics. You may use the AI-generated texts created for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Third-party services and ads
The Application uses third-party services such as Google Play, Google AdMob and Google Firebase. Your interactions with these services and their ads are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features, decks, spreads, prices or limits, and may suspend the service for maintenance. Purchases already completed remain valid.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes any loss of profits, revenue, data, use or goodwill, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we publish them on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If you continue to use the Application afterwards, you accept the updated Terms.
